He has assisted top leading financial service companies to deliver superior financial performance for the benefit of all stakeholders. He oversees the distribution ecosystem of the company to meet the needs of the unbanked and uninsured market universe.
Head, Agency Management
Wale has over 10 years’ experience in insurance underwriting, product development, Bancassurance and Retail Sales Management. He has led multiple agency teams and Alternative Distribution Channel departments. He oversees publicity of sales representative role vacancies and interfaces with all applicants pre and post their engagement with us.
Human Resources Manager
Rhoda has 8 years’ work experience across human resource management, quality assurance, operations management, and customer service audit in the financial, FMCG, QSR and consulting industries
Our Board of Directors
Segun is the Chairman of the Board at Coronation FD Limited with over 27 years’ professional experience in the financial service industry cutting across banking, human capital development, operations, payment systems and financial technology. Until his retirement in March 2017, he was a General Manager and Group Head Channels Services (E-Banking) of Access Bank Plc where he worked meritoriously for over 10years.
Banke Balogun is a Founding Director of Aureum Services Limited, responsible for Strategy Implementation and Business Development following a 20-year career in the private sector. With a degree in Law and Accountancy from University of Brighton, Sussex. Banke Balogun commenced her career as a management consultant with Accenture, where she serviced a diverse range of clients.
Mrs. Omosalewa Fajobi has about 18years professional experience spanning across corporate law and governance of which 15years has been within the financial sector. Mrs. Omosalewa Fajobi worked with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) where she was the Project Lead (Nigeria) Africa Corporate Governance Program. Mrs. Omosalewa Fajobi holds a Second-Class Upper Law Degree (LL.B) and a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Commercial & Corporate Law from the University of Lagos and the University of London respectively. She is also a Barrister at Law (BL) of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
